COPENMIND is using specific tools that make sure the desired results from the event are accomplished. The tools do so by providing a structured method of interaction and alignment of supply and demand.

Exhibition booths – One during the whole event

Each university will set up a promotional booth in the exhibition area that serves as their base of operation. From here, they will promote the university’s activities, research and technologies as well as the benefits of cooperating with the particular institution. During the three days, universities will encounter a large volume of companies that are interested in getting to know their organisation on the exhibition floor.

Matchmaking – a user-friendly search tool

A database gives participating universities and companies easy access to information on other attendees. Each organisation decides which aspects and qualities they wish to promote and focus their efforts on. Other delegates and visitors can then locate these competences and express their own interests. This way, participants at COPENMIND have the opportunity to start potential business endeavours in the right way with the right match on the right topic. During the event, terminals will be available in the exhibition area from which database information can be accessed.

Book meetings in advance

Arrangements to meet during COPENMIND can be made prior to the event. Designated areas at COPENMIND will be allocated to conducting the arranged meetings.

Advanced meeting facilities

In order to support the constructive exchange of information, COPENMIND offers a wide range of meeting facilities. These include several undisturbed settings for face-to-face meetings involving smaller and larger groups.
