Energinet.dk is an independent public undertaking owned by the Danish state as represented by the Danish Ministry of Climate and Energy.
As owner and technical system operator (TSO) of the overall energy infrastructure, Energinet.dk maintains the security of supply and ensures the smooth operation of the market for electricity and gas in Denmark. Energinet.dk is further obliged to ensure that R&D into environmentally friendly energy production.
Both Energinet.dk and COPENMIND engage one another in multiple ways in facilitating the sharing of knowledge, research and technology between universities and companies.
Energinet.dk will be hosting a conference session at COPENMIND 2008.
